  • Absolutely, we recommend that all staff take this course together to most effectively benefit all children in their care

  • Yes—our routines and best practices layer onto your daily schedule, lessons and materials.  Content is also aligned with CA ECE Competencies and Learning Foundations (I/T and Pre-k). Crosswalks and checklists between the course and CLASS and CLASS Environment dimensions are provided.

  • Short lessons (30–90 min) within the units make progress possible, even in busy seasons. Since the course is on demand, staff can work on their lessons when they have availability and save their progress to complete the next time they are available. 

  • Yes. Many programs already do. Always check your funding guidelines before purchasing the course.

  • Yes—teams can mix Full Certificate (w/ course credit), Accelerated Certificate, Mini-Certificates, and Micro-Courses. We will work with you to create a package that best meets your staff’s individual needs.

  • Yes. The practices are aligned with NAEYC standards [check to see if also align with WIDA} and nationally recognized best practices for supporting multilingual learners.  We are working with other states to expand credit pathways—contact us for updates or if interested in connecting Multilingual Promise to your higher education system.

  • We can customize the experience for your educators (live program kick-offs, customized cohorts or communities of practice, etc.). Contact us to design a custom program that meets your needs.
